Order requests and acceptance
Adding products to the website cart and submitting an order request does not by itself create an accepted sale. A quotation or pro forma invoice is prepared from the requested products and quantities, customer details, any applicable discount and collection or delivery requirements.
Prices, VAT and transport
Public product prices are shown including 23% VAT, with a net reference where displayed. Transport is additional unless expressly included. The pro forma invoice or quotation is the controlling commercial document for the confirmed order.
Payment
No online card payment is taken through the current website. Full payment of the accepted pro forma is required before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Collection and delivery
Lead times and collection or delivery arrangements are agreed for each accepted order. Delivery across the Algarve and Alentejo can be arranged, with transport cost based on the order, vehicle or carrier requirement and destination.
Pallets
A €10 pallet charge/deposit applies where stated and is refundable when the pallet is returned in the agreed undamaged condition.
Inspection, damage and shortages
Customers should check quantities and visible condition at collection or delivery. Visible damage or shortages should be recorded promptly and supported with photographs so the matter can be investigated.
Returns, cancellation and consumer rights
Returns, cancellations and special-order treatment depend on the product, order status and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Technical use of products
Product descriptions and technical information are provided to support selection and ordering. They do not replace the applicable manufacturer documentation, project specification or the work of the architect, engineer or other responsible professional.
